New Facial Client Directions
During your first visit be prepared to discuss:
- Your skin and how it feels,
- what products you are currently using,
- what your expectations of your skin are,
- how committed you will be to treatment planning to get you where you want to be, and
- what we can do together.
Your appointment will consist of:
- 15 minutes discussing products you are using
- 30 min facial
- 15 min discussing recommended professional products and treatments
- 10min dicsussing appointments.
Prep-Appointment Preparations

PRIOR to facial:
- No retinols (Vit A, Retin A, Tretinoin) for 3 to 4 days prior to appointment
- No injectables/fillers {Botox/Fillers)*
- *can have facial before or 2 to 3 weeks after
- Drink plenty of water 2 to 3 days before appointment
- Stay out of the sun for 2 to 3 days before your appointment
- Do not wax/shave face day of appointment
- The less makeup on the better!
- Be ready to relax and unwind
Important AFTER facial:
- Drink plenty of water
- Don’t use exfoliants/retinoids for 48 hours
- Use SPF when exposed to sun!
- Skip gym/swimming/working out for 24 hours
- Do not touch your face – let all the goodness soak in!
- The less makeup on the better
- Be ready to rock your glow!

NOTE: if you have had botox or fillers, I can’t see you for 2-3 weeks after that, but I can see you beforehand, or again 2-3 weeks after.
